Picton Respiratory Clinic has been established in partnership with the Australian Government Department of Health to provide free short-term care of respiratory illnesses. Picton Respiratory Clinic is co-located beside our General Practice to provide the safest environment for assessment, treatment and covid-19 testing. There is a separate entry on Margaret Street to the Clinic and no internal access into the general practice.
Anyone with any symptoms or signs of a respiratory illness such as a cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, headache, body ache or ear pain.
You do NOT need to be a regular patient of Picton Family Medical Centre in order to attend and it is available for all people in the
Wollondilly and beyond.
Appointments are free, no fees apply as this service if funded by the Australian Government Department of Health.
A Medicare card is NOT required , however another form of ID will be required to complete your registration.
Appointments are preferred, however we will accommodate for all patients where we can. You can book an appointment directly without a GP referral,
however you need to:
1. Create your appointment via Hot Doc (link below)
2.You must register via the Department of Health website by selecting the "Complete Form" button at the end of the Hot Doc Appointment Confirmation page
